ZT Nation LLC, a Wyoming Series Limited Liability Company ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
Platform Operations: Creating and managing your account, matching customers with qualified service providers, facilitating communications between customers and service providers, processing referral fees and promotional credits, and verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and credentials.
AI-Powered Features: Generating estimated price ranges for home services, powering AI-assisted customer support and chatbot interactions, optimizing contractor matching algorithms, and providing personalized recommendations. All AI-generated content is identified as such.
Communications: Sending service-related notifications (appointment confirmations, job updates), sending marketing communications (with your consent or as permitted by law), responding to your inquiries and support requests, and sending SMS/text messages for service updates (standard rates may apply).
Legal and Compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, enforcing our Terms of Service and other agreements, protecting the rights, property, and safety of ZT Nation, our users, and the public, and detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Business Operations: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Platform, conducting research and development, maintaining and improving security, and generating aggregated, de-identified analytics.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
3.1 With Other Users
When a customer is matched with a service provider, we share limited information between the parties to facilitate the service, including names, contact information, project details, and location information.
3.2 With Service Providers (Vendors)
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, subject to contractual data protection obligations:

- Active account data: retained for the duration of your account plus two (2) years after account closure.
- Communication records: retained for three (3) years.
- Log data and analytics: retained for one (1) year.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including:

Response Timeline: We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt, with a possible extension of an additional forty-five (45) days if reasonably necessary.
6.3 Colorado Residents — Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
If you are a Colorado resident, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling. 6.4 Connecticut Residents — CTDPA

6.5 Virginia Residents — VCDPA
If you are a Virginia resident, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling. 6.6 Texas Residents — TDPSA

6.7 Other State Privacy Laws
ZT Nation complies with all applicable state privacy laws. If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law (including but not limited to Oregon, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Minnesota, Maryland, Kentucky, Rhode Island), you may have similar rights. 7. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 8.2 Your Cookie Choices

8.3 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. We currently do not respond to DNT signals because there is no industry standard for how to respond. We will update this Policy if a standard is established.
9. AI and Automated Decision-Making
9.1 AI Systems
ZT Nation uses artificial intelligence for various Platform functions, including generating price estimates, matching customers with service providers, facilitating communications, and providing customer support. All AI-generated content is identified as such.
9.2 Human Oversight
ZT Nation maintains human oversight of AI systems. You may request human review of any AI-generated decision that significantly affects you by contacting [email protected]. We will respond to such requests within forty-eight (48) hours for routine matters and twenty-four (24) hours for urgent matters (such as account suspension).
9.3 AI Training Data
ZT Nation does not use your personal information to train AI models without your explicit consent. If we offer the option to contribute data for AI training, it will be clearly presented as an opt-in choice with a detailed explanation of how your data will be used.
9.4 Bias Prevention
ZT Nation conducts regular audits of its AI systems to identify and mitigate potential biases. Our AI systems do not use race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability status, or other protected characteristics as factors in matching, pricing, or other decisions.

ZT Nation is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. 14.2 Notice of Financial Incentive (CCPA)
ZT Nation offers a referral program that provides promotional credits to customers who refer new customers. Participation is voluntary. The value of the financial incentive is reasonably related to the value of the customer's data to ZT Nation, calculated based on the average revenue generated per referred customer. You may opt out of the referral program at any time without penalty.
