Anti-Spam Policy

1. Our Commitment
ZT Nation, LLC ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to responsible communication practices. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable federal and state anti-spam and anti-telemarketing laws. We do not send unsolicited commercial messages, and we provide clear opt-out mechanisms for all communications.
2. Types of Communications We Send

3. Consent Requirements
We obtain consent before sending communications:
- SMS messages: Require explicit opt-in consent via checkbox during registration or service request. See our SMS/Text Message Terms for details.
- Email communications: Transactional emails are sent based on your use of the Platform (no separate consent required under CAN-SPAM). Promotional emails require opt-in and include one-click unsubscribe.
- Phone calls: We do not make unsolicited sales calls. Voice communications are limited to scheduled callbacks, service-related calls, and compliance verification calls initiated at the user's request.
4. How to Opt Out
- Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email. Your request will be processed within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
- SMS: Reply STOP to any text message. See SMS Terms for full details.
- All channels: Email [email protected] with your opt-out request.
5. We Do Not
- Sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes
- Send unsolicited commercial emails or text messages to people who have not opted in
- Use misleading subject lines or deceptive header information in emails
- Use auto-dialers for unsolicited calls
- Purchase email lists or phone number lists for marketing purposes
6. User Obligations
Users of the Platform must not use the Platform's communication features (messaging, reviews, profile information) to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to other users. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Reporting Spam
If you receive unwanted communications from ZT Nation or from another user through the Platform, please report it to [email protected]. We investigate all spam reports and take appropriate action.
